We want you to enjoy the perfect night's sleep with our Total Blackout Blinds, which is why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all standard-sized products. Please note that custom-cut or made-to-measure blinds are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our support team via the online portal or email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

    Prepare the Package

    Carefully repackage the blinds in their original shipping tubes or boxes, ensuring all mounting hardware and instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.

  • 3.
    Label and Ship

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your RA number.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
